It takes me longer than most to shop as I read labels and try to avoid anything that I can’t pronounce or understand. I rarely buy canned or boxed items, but when I do, I can’t believe how many items have sugar as one or more of the ingredients. This is a very important video to watch.
Here’s the thing to remember when reading a label regarding sugar.. 4 grams = 1 teaspoon of sugar. Sugar goes by many names, all of them pretty dangerous when it comes to health. And most sugars are hidden in process foods.
